Interzero Business Solutions GmbH is one of the leading environmental service providers based in Cologne. As a full-service provider of recycling services, it offers industry and trade services for the return of sales and transport packaging, product recycling, deposit return, innovative reusable transport packaging, as well as consulting and disposal services for locations, warehouses, and branches.
Towards the digital product team, your key responsibilities include:
- Effectiveness: Ensuring improvement of the product teams’ effectiveness and good collaboration between Product Owners, Developers, Designers, and other stakeholders.
- Facilitation: Facilitating core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across multiple projects.
- Support: Supporting Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery planning.
- Impediments: Monitoring and removing delivery impediments while fostering self-organization.
- Frameworks: Setting up and adapting agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid) to fit project needs.
- Value: Supporting value management, project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Budgeting: Collaborating on budgeting, operative controlling, and capacity management.
- Rollouts: Contributing to product rollouts, adoption strategies, and feedback loops.
- Metrics: Defining and tracking key delivery and success metrics.
At the organizational level:
- Mindset: Promote Agile values and principles, and foster an agile mindset.
- Coaching: Coach teams and individuals, and deliver training sessions and workshops.
- Sparring: Act as a sparring partner across departments to build agile capabilities.
- Culture: Collaborate with leadership to support cultural change and continuous improvement.
Core competences & experience:
- Agile Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS, etc.), values and principles.
- Experience: You have proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach (3+ years) and practical experience in team coordination, agile delivery, and project planning.
- Communication: You have strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Project Management: You possess theoretical and working knowledge of both agile and traditional project management approaches.
- Product Management: You understand product management well, including prioritization and roadmapping.
- Technical Literacy: You are familiar with technical literacy (e.g., DevOps, Frontend/Backend) and can have good conversations with developers.
- Digital Affinity: You have a big digital affinity, are familiar with the Microsoft Office apps and already worked with product management tools such as Jira, Asana or Monday Dev.
- Languages: You have high German and English skills (min. C1).
Bonus skills (Nice to have):
- UX: Experience with UX design and testing practices.
- Finance: Knowledge of success management, finance, and ROI tracking.
- Scaling: You have already scaled agile practices across teams or departments.
- Industry Knowledge: Industry knowledge in waste management or sustainability tech.
