Aufgaben

Develop: You will develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework based on industry standards (TOGAF, Zachman).
Lead: You will lead the Enterprise Architecture Board and govern architecture decisions across business units.
Create: You will create and evolve architecture principles, standards, and reference architectures.
Strategic: You will conduct capability mapping and maturity assessments to identify transformation opportunities.
Define: You will define technology roadmaps synchronized with business strategy (3-5 year horizon).
Optimize: You will optimize the application landscape through rationalization and modernization.
Bridge: You will bridge communication between management, business units, and IT teams.
Present: You will present architecture strategies to executive committees and investment boards.
Manage: You will manage vendor relationships and technology partner ecosystems.

Profil

Experience: You have 10+ years in enterprise architecture roles with proven EAM experience.
Certification: You have a TOGAF certification or equivalent EA framework expertise.
Tools: You have experience with architecture tools (LeanIX, Sparx, Adonis, etc.).
Knowledge: You possess strong knowledge of business architecture and capability modeling.
Deliverables: You will manage the Enterprise Architecture Repository.
Blueprints: You will develop Current/Target State Architecture Blueprints.
KPIs: You will establish Architecture KPIs and Maturity Metrics.
Frameworks: You will oversee Standards and Technology Selection Frameworks.
Language: You speak fluent English and German at least at a B level.

Meet the team

Mein Arbeitsalltag bei Interzero ist sehr vielfältig und jeden Tag anders. Ich mache die Ressourcen- und Zeitplanung, koordiniere aber auch neue Projekte und priorisiere Aufgaben. Ich habe Freiheiten und kann mir selbst Schwerpunkte setzen. Neben meiner normalen Tätigkeit macht es mir auch Spaß, als Nachhaltigkeitsbotschafterin aktiv mit Kolleg*innen verschiedene Initiativen voranzutreiben.
